Gambo Baru Amar
tengok la senyuman amar ni.. pandai dah skang..
bila nak amek gambo.. kita ckp 1..2..3... terus dia senyum...

hai hai haiii.. kita bersiaran lagi pagi ini.. hmmm sejuk pagi ni ek.. ujan dr semalam gitu.. kalau hari cuti kan best.. bleh sambung tarik selimut.. minggu ni aku, hb & ibu mertuaku pegi ke KL.. hb aku ada meeting.. so pas turunkan ibu mertuaku kat umah kakak ipar kat shah alam.. kitorang pun menggeletik + menggelitis (bak kata ibu mertuaku lah ye.. ) pegi ke umah adik aku kat kem sg besi.. fuhh bestnya dapat jumpa amar.. ni gambo2 terbaru amar...

Puding Roti
hari sabtu haritu buat puding roti resepi drp kak liza cari.com.. puding roti ni dah selalu buat.. tp kali ni aku letak extra kismis.. then lapiskan dgn coklat rice.. tp gambo blur sket.. sedap.. sapa2 ada roti dah nak expired tu boleh la cuba resepi ni...
Puding Roti
Bahan A:
500 ml susu segar (nak guna santan pun boleh)
8 keping roti gardenia/high5
Bahan B:
4 sudu besar gula halus
2 sudu besar butter
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanila
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
Bahan C:
2 sudu besar kismis
Cara-cara:
1. Hancurkan/koyak roti dan rendam dalam susu selama 1/2 jam.
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B (guna whisker je sampai sebati).
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuang ke dalam adunan roti.
4. Gaul dan masukkan ke dalam loyang yang dah dilengser dgn butter.
5. Bakar dlm suhu 180C selama 30 minit/masak.
nak makan ngan sos kastard pun boleh gak.. tp my hubby x suka..
Sos kastard
1 tin susu cair
1 sudu besar tepung kastard
2 sudu besar gula
Cara-cara:
Masukkan semua bahan dlm periuk dan masak dgn api kecil sehingga pekat. Kacau sentiasa.
